Returns and Shipping
GENERAL ADMISSION VENICE
- Returns are only available for items purchased in store at General Admission Venice location with in 14 days of original purchase.
- Items purchased from General Admission Venice must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. Items purchased from General Admission Venice can not be returned at any of our brick and mortar locations or at generaladmission.com. Conversely, items purchased at any of our brick and mortar locations can not be returned at generaladmission.com
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
GENERAL ADMISSION SILVERLAKE
- Returns are only available for items purchased in store at General Admission Silverlake location with in 14 days of original purchase.
- Items purchased from General Admission Silverlake must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. Items purchased from General Admission Silverlake can not be returned at any of our brick and mortar locations or at generaladmission.com. Conversely, items purchased at any of our brick and mortar locations can not be returned at generaladmission.com
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please refer to the Returns section above.
- Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive a returned sale or discount item, we will either refuse the delivery or return it at the customers expense. No refund will be issued.
We ship our orders Monday-Friday out of Silver Lake CA. To ensure your order goes out the same day, please place the order with us by 2:00pm Pacific Time. Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 3-7 business days.
Please note we are not accountable for any import duties or taxes. Please check with your local import customs office to determine estimated rates.
General Admission is not liable for any items damaged, stolen or missing when marked as delivered by the carrier. Please check around your property for your package as the carrier needs to place it somewhere safe if you're not available to receive the package. If your order is marked as delivered and wasn't please allow up to 3 business days for the package to show. We will try and assist you as cases may vary. *All items must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being shipped. Orders sent back without an RMA will not receive a refund or store credit.
NOTE: Some limited release sneakers or clothing are considered final sale (not eligible for refund/return/exchange/store credit). Please read the product description carefully.
NOTE: General Admission does not refund shipping costs on returns. Any item that has been marked down by any discount/promo is considered Final Sale and is NOT eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit.
NOTE: General Admission does not provide RMA's for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of a return on any international order. We only refund the merchandise once it has been received in the same way it was shipped out.
Returns are permitted on accessories, clothing and home goods.
Footwear, Socks, publications, and apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products and garment care products) are Final Sale and may not be returned.
Any item on sale or discounted is FINAL SALE.
All returns must be authorized via email to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please contact email@example.com to request authorization for a return.
An RMA must be requested within 7 days of package delivery and items must be posted to Notre within 10 days of the RMA being granted.
Any packages General Admission receives that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will not be eligible for a refund - customers may have the order shipped to them one additional time or receive store credit.
General Admission will only grant a refund if the following conditions are met:
•Any item that has is marked down by any discount/promo is considered final sale and is not eligible for an exchange or refund.
• All items must be unused and unworn.
• Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items must be returned to General Admission with in 14 days prior to original date of purchase for a full refund - this does exclude shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for their own shipping. Please note that duties and VAT charged on international orders are non-refundable.
We cannot hold stock for exchanges - in order to exchange your item please submit a new order online. The original order will be refunded on receipt of the return.
Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE/INCORRECT ORDER
General Admission will issue a return label if an item is faulty or an error was made by General Admission. General Admission will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in the post, therefore please keep your postage receipt as proof of postage and value the items at the price in which you paid for the product/s.
If you have received a defective item, please contact General Admission with your order number and issue. Once the issue is verified, General Admission will provide a return label. Do not mail an item back without authorization from General Admission.
All rights to determine a product defective are retained by General Admission
Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to General Admission within 7 days of delivery.
